CSTI SATELLITE CAMPUS COVENANT AGREEMENT

The pastor and church desiring to host a satellite campus must enter into a Covenant Agreement with CSTI.

When CSTI accepts your signed Satellite Campus Covenant Agreement CSTI will then provide your Church:

  • A listing on the CSTI website as a Satellite Campus.

  • Secure access to video of each of the four classes (per trimester).

  • Secure access to Student Handouts for you to download, print and distribute to each student for their notebook.

  • Testing Options:

    • NEW Online Testing for each student.

    • Secure access to tests for each course for you to download, print and proctor your students on test night.

  • Optional:

    • Secure access to Teacher Notes, for you to download should you desire to personally teach any, or all, of the classes yourself.

    • Secure access to Teacher PowerPoints (as available) should you desire to personally teach any, or all, of the classes yourself.

    • Professionally printed binders with tab dividers for each student.

Fees:

SITE FEE:

  • The site fee per church satellite campus is $250 per trimester (four courses).

ENROLLMENT FEE & TUITION:

  • In addition to the Satellite Campus Site Fee, for each student enrolled, CSTI is to receive 50% of the published student tuition rate (currently $140) each Trimester.

To qualify as a CSTI Satellite Campus, your church must remain in fellowship with the UPCI.

Campus Responsibilities:

Appoint site administrator to oversee all operations of satellite campus and be the primary liaison with the CSTI office.

  • Provide site with suitable class setting conducive to learning.

  • Provide suitable equipment for class viewing of video lessons.

  • Provide suitable equipment to project PowerPoint for classes you decide to teach yourself.

  • Set your satellite campus schedule. (Note: you are fully in control of when, and how often classes will meet.)

  • Set local tuition. (We recommend you charge your students the published CSTI rates. However, it is totally up to you what to charge.)

  • Collect tuition from students.

  • Agree not to give out the teacher notes, PowerPoints, videos or any non-student content to any students; only the Site Administrator is authorized to possess the restricted content.

  • Provide copies of handouts to students.

  • Maintain confidentiality of student records.

  • Promote within local church (and local geographic area).

This covenant agreement grants a ‘site license’ for one satellite campus as designated in this application. All materials provided by CSTI shall be considered the property of CSTI and copy-write protected so as not to be used, reproduced, or disseminated in any way except as provided for within this covenant agreement, without prior written permission from CSTI.
